Our client is looking for an Investment Banking Analyst to work remotely anywhere in the U.S.
The analyst will take an active part in business development efforts of the team by participating in origination activity and making client pitches. Skills:
- One plus years of investment banking, valuation, accounting experience
- Strong written & oral communication skills
- Strong accounting and financial skills
- Team player & ability to work in a globally dispersed team
- Comfortable with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Passion towards Investment Banking
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Information Memorandum and Financial ModelS
- Target and acquirer screening
- Participate in management/buyer meetings and handle Q&As
- Assistance in drafting and evaluating various legal documents such as NDAs
- Facilitation of buyer and seller interactions (organizing road shows, conference calls, etc.,)
- Drafting meeting preparatory notes, management questionnaire, etc.,
- Manage the due diligence and transaction documentation process
