Phoenix Group International Hosts 3-Part Training Series w/ 85 Broads

DISCPhoenix Group International is excited to partner with 85 Broads Arizona to present a 3-part workshop series on analyzing the dimensions of your DISC profile to most effectively communicate with others and manage your business relationships.

The major objective for this program is to develop a deep understanding of the social styles model. By completing this program, participants will be better able to understand:
  • The differences in dealing with people who have different styles of operating, and adjust your style accordingly for both efficiency and effectiveness
  • The differences in basic communication and influence styles which are fundamental to each person’s style, and adjust your style to work most effectively with others based on their communication and influencing preferences

 

Please Note – Participation is the FIRST session is mandatory to register for subsequent sessions. Participants do not have to register for both the 2nd & 3rd sessions, but they will address different applications in your professional life (communications, influence).

When: Tuesday – Thursday, July 9th – 11th 6:00 – 8:30 PM

Cost: $35 for first session, and $20 each for the next two sessions. ($75 total)

Joanne FlynnAbout the Presenter: Joanne Flynn

Joanne Flynn had previously headed up the consulting practice of Phoenix Group International since 1989. Her area of expertise has been the Financial Services industry globally. From an independent vantage point, Joanne has worked with organizations as they have faced global growth and competitive challenges. She has worked with her clients on their challenges to be both externally focused and internally responsive. With her unique background, she combined her efforts to align competitive business development efforts with related internal organizational leadership challenges. It is with this career-long focus, that Joanne contributed to the unique approach to both strategy and internal organizational alignment that Prism Partners International has pioneered. Joanne previously held the position of Vice President and Director of Global Training and Development at Goldman Sachs for nine years.

Joanne is experienced in all aspects of organizational development and training on an international level. Her consulting engagements include the design, development and delivery of training and development programs on the topics of strategic leadership, business development, client account management, strategic selling, management development, and executive coaching. At Goldman Sachs, Joanne implemented programs to improve the organizational effectiveness of business units, most notably investment banking, equities, fixed income and operations. Her consulting clients range from global investment banks to small private equity/venture capital firms.
Joanne holds a Master of Arts degree in Business Management from the University of Oklahoma. In addition, she holds a double degree major in History and German from the College of St. Elizabeth, as well as certificates from a variety of leading universities and professional training and development organizations.
