Associate Position – Lower Middle Market Growth Equity Fund
Our client is a Southern California-based private equity fund that focuses on providing growth capital to the lower middle market.
The firm is currently investing out of its third fund, targeting $150 million in aggregate commitments.Throughout the partnership’s history, it has invested across a variety of verticals, with a specific focus in aerospace & defense; high-tech manufacturing; medical devices / diagnostics and healthcare; and software. The fund seeks to align itself with existing management teams who seek flexible capital solutions and a value-added partner to assist in the growth and expansion of the business.
Applicants should have a strong financial and accounting background with particular experience in investment banking and / or corporate finance / leveraged finance, or private equity. A connection to the West Coast is a plus.
