In the last five placements that our firm, Phoenix Group International, has made, three of the positions were filled with individuals referred to our recruiting firm by other individuals. So first, we want to thank you for your referrals! Our clients have been very impressed by the caliber of talent, and their new hires are thrilled in their positions!
If you haven't heard about our referral program, and want to learn more, here are additional details. For each successful referral candidate that we place, we pay the referring individual $500 as a referral fee. For example, if you have a friend or colleague that is looking for a new opportunity, simply refer them to Phoenix Group, and if they get placed, you will earn $500 for that referral!

Please refer candidates or new clients to our firm and let us know that you are the referring source by using this form.

We will then notify you if we place your referral or make a placement with the new client.

Our team will forward you $500 as soon as your referral has met the guarantee period requirement of our client. For example, if an individual you referred was placed by Phoenix Group International on December 1st, then we would forward you a check 90 days after your referral met their 90 day time requirement to be with the new company.
