Our client is a seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their team in New York City. Reporting to the Director of Supporting Center, this position will have direct responsibility for all areas of human resources including, performance management & appraisal, recruitment and selection, compensation & benefits, learning & development, employee communication & services etc.

Responsibilities:
- Fully responsible for recruitment & placement in fulfillment of manpower needs. This includes working with the Director of Supporting Center, offices and departments and planning and projection of headcount and staff cost.
- Working closely with management in formulating and developing strategic HR policies and procedures for respective operations. Conducting regular reviews of HR policies and programs for their relevance and effectiveness. Implementation and supervision of the established HR policies;
- Develop, implement regularly staff training & development plans with all area of business units.
- Responsible for all payroll matters and work closely with the Finance Department to ensure compliance with Chinese regulations.
- Organize regular staff activities such as staff and management conferences, feedback sessions to channel corporate news, development, business plans etc.
- Lead and manage HR team effectively. Supervise and coach them towards meeting set standards and goals.
- To plan, coordinate, monitor and execute administration management (e.g. arrange clean, repairs and maintenance, security, hotel, transportation, office supplies, visitors, conference) to meet office needs and employee’s satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- A degree in HR or any management discipline with at least 5 years relevant experience. At least 1 year at managerial level preferably in the services industry.
- Must be familiar with US/NY labor law and related regulations and legislations.
- Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills will be necessary.
