Our client is a privately-held company which owns a growing number of life insurance companies which help provide financing for their investing activities. They are looking to make hires in the M&A space – specifically looking for individuals with sell-side experience that come with a book of business and connections in their particular vertical. They are mainly looking for professionals from small and mid-level regional firms, where they can bring new deals to the firm. Their deal size maximum is approximately $100 million.

- financial services with a particular interest in mortgages
- health care services in certain niches, such as mental health and senior care
- health care RCM including bad debt, billing, coding
- B2B software
- Medical device and medical equipment manufacturing, distribution, and leasing

- Niche manufacturing
- Logistics/distribution in high barrier spaces protected with franchises
Our client is offering an attractive compensation package and the successful hires can remain in their current locations rather than being in the HQ office location.
