Our client is seeking Investment Banking Analysts to join their Renewable Energy M&A team in San Francisco.

Essential Job Functions:
- Support the execution of M&A and capital raising transactions by drafting investment memoranda and financial models, tracking investor engagement, and facilitating due diligence
- Conduct valuation analyses of renewable energy development companies and portfolios of renewable energy assets
- Assist in preparing and delivering presentations to potential clients and investors
- Participate in business development and client facing engagements
- Manage ad hoc requests from clients and colleagues in an efficient manner
- Develop a thorough understanding of the renewable energy industry, including the project development process, public policy landscape, electricity market trends, and key drivers of value for various industry participants
- Acquire and maintain required licensing

Qualifications & Skills
- Self-motivated and accountable team player
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical ability
- Superior work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to perform under deadline pressure
- Undergraduate degree with a strong academic record
- Preference for 1 to 2 years of finance experience, especially in an investment banking or corporate development role in renewable energy or infrastructure
