As organizations increasingly move to knowledge-based work environments, the role of the knowledge worker / individual contributor has become critical to business outcomes. 

We have designed our Professional Skills Track to reflect the new, required fundamental work competencies. Knowledge workers / individual contributors must now demonstrate a high degree of organizational competencies at a much earlier career stage than ever before.  These new required competencies are driven by new organizational structures such as working in a matrix environment, tasks forces and multifunctional project teams.  These business-driven competencies are aligned to the business strategy and tied directly to business outcomes.  Therefore, our learning and development is always relevant, focused and efficiently delivered.
