Our client is looking for an Investment Banking Analyst to join their team in the Bay Area. POSITION / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in preparing and delivering presentations and pitches across all the firm's sectors
- Conduct research within all of the firm's covered sectors, as needed
- Track and maintain recent transaction and public trading comparables
- Prepare qualitative and quantitative analyses for active transactions and internal projects
- Assist in the preparation of memorandums across all of the firm's sectors
- Maintain outside due diligence datarooms on active transactions
- Responsible for maintaining and organizing internal data on active transactions
- Prepare internal reports for special projects, as needed
- Participation in various marketing activities
- Undergraduate degree with strong academic record
- 1 to 2 years of finance and/or accounting related work experience
- Excellent problem solving and analytical ability
- Superior work ethic and a drive for perfection
- Ability to perform under deadline pressure
- Team player, self-motivated and entrepreneurial
- Strong quantitative and technical skills (e.g. Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Strong data management and skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
