We are working on a Corporate Development role with a medical technology company.
Our client is seeking a candidate with a consulting background and three plus years of consulting experience. The client will also consider candidates with medical technology corporate development experience. The corporate development team in located in Washington, D.C., but there is the possibility of working remotely.
Strategic consulting and go-to market strategy experience is necessary.
This position will provide the successful candidate:
- the experience of searching for potential transactions
- the opportunity to conduct due diligence and be involved in the entire deal process
- involvement in the post-deal integration of the acquired asset
