STEPHEN FLYNN
Stephen Flynn is the founder and Managing Director of Phoenix Group International.
He has over 25 years of experience in executive recruitment in the financial sector.
A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Steve served for
five years in the U. S. Army, attaining the rank of Captain. He also earned two
graduate degrees from the University of Oklahoma in the areas of Business Management
and Human Resource Management while serving as a field artillery officer at Fort
Sill, Oklahoma.
Prior to working in the executive recruitment field, Steve worked for Goldman, Sachs
& Co. in mortgage-backed securities and he held several executive positions
at Philip Morris, Inc., in executive recruitment, MBA recruitment, and executive
compensation. Steve's credentials are unique in that he has corporate recruitment
experience, together with an investment banking background. This combination provides
him with the experience to understand the recruitment requirements of the industry.
Steve has also seen the changes in this industry over the past 20 years and has
continually evolved his own recruitment strategies accordingly. Technology has become
an important part of the industry, but it will never overshadow the personal relationships
Steve has developed with both candidates and clients.

JOANNE FLYNN
Joanne Flynn continues to head the business development consulting group. In addition,
Joanne will also focus her efforts on recruitment. Previously, Joanne held the position
of Vice President and Director of Global Training and Development at Goldman, Sachs
& Co. for nine years. She focuses on the full range of strategic business development
issues facing the investment banking industry.
Joanne is experienced in all aspects
of organizational development and training on an international level. Her consulting
engagements include the design, development and delivery of training programs on
the topics of business development, client account management, strategic selling,
management development, and executive coaching. At Goldman Sachs, Joanne implemented
programs to improve the organizational effectiveness of various business units,
most notably investment banking, equities, fixed income and operations. Her consulting
clients range from global investment banks to small private equity/venture capital
firms.
Joanne holds a Master of Arts degree in Business Management from the University
of Oklahoma. In addition, she holds a double degree major from the College of St.
Elizabeth, as well as certificates from a variety of leading universities and professional
training and development organizations.

LYNNE BALLEGEER
Lynne Ballegeer has been recruiting in the financial industry with Phoenix Group
International since 1991. Prior to 1991, Lynne worked at Pan American World Airways
as Personnel Director for finance and information services at the company's
headquarters. Lynne leverages her human resource experience with her recruiting
experience in assisting her clients and has a large impact particularly with regard
to their organizational development and compensation questions. Over the last several
years, Lynne greatly increased her number of business relationships in the Midwest Region.
Lynne lives in Indiana with her husband. They have four children – two college students at
Indiana University and two professionals in New Jersey and New York. Lynne works throughout
the United States for Phoenix Group International with particular emphasis in the Midwest Region.
Lynne is a graduate of The Berkeley School and Pace University in New York.

LISA JACOBS CONTI
Lisa Conti has an extensive background in executive recruitment, working for 10
years as a recruiter specializing in financial services. During that time, Lisa
worked with Winston Personnel and Phoenix Group International in New York City.
Lisa relocated to Boston, her hometown, and worked for Plymouth Rock Assurance Company,
where she recruited at the executive level. In 2007, Lisa rejoined Phoenix Group
International.
Lisa is a graduate of Syracuse University and lives in a suburb of
Boston with her husband and children. Lisa has been actively involved in her local
community, serving in leadership roles at the board level.

CONNIE PON KOPLAN
Connie Pon Koplan focuses on executive recruiting in the areas of private equity,
venture capital, investment banking, hedge funds, and corporate development.
Connie
has seven years of principal investment and investment research experience. Connie
spent five years as an Associate at Paul Capital Partners, a private equity firm
focused on secondary investments in LBO and venture assets. Prior to Paul Capital,
Connie spent two years as an Equity Research Associate at Robertson Stephens, where
she focused on systems management software and hardware.
Connie earned her undergraduate
degree in electrical engineering from Stanford University. She also earned a Master
of Science in industrial engineering and engineering management from Stanford. Connie
is a Certified Financial Analyst charterholder. In her spare time, she is an avid
photographer.

SUSAN LAMA
Susan Lama has had a successful career in sales. Susan began her career at KLM in
South Africa, her native country. After moving to the United States, she continued
her sales career at De Palm Tours, Estee Lauder, and the Sheraton Hotel. Over the
last 14 years, Susan has had extensive exposure to the investment banking and private
equity sectors.
In addition to living in South Africa and the United States, Susan
has also lived and worked in Aruba and the Dominican Republic. She lives in South
Florida with her husband and children and is fluent in Spanish.
Susan will be working
with clients across the United States, with an emphasis on developing the Southeast
and Middle Atlantic Regions for Phoenix Group International.

KEVIN CONROY
Kevin works as a part-time Research Associate for Phoenix Group International.
Kevin is a Media Relations executive for Alloy Marketing in New York. He had
joined Alloy directly out of college in 1999 as a Marketing Analyst. In 2001,
he left Alloy, and worked for five years at a hedge fund in NYC. In June 2007,
Kevin re-joined Alloy. Kevin has maintained a strong relationship with Phoenix
Group International since 2000 and continues to be a valuable asset to the firm.
His experience in the hedge fund market and finance in general are a great addition
to our team.
Kevin is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, the Isenberg School
of Management. He graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management.

ART PETERSON
Prior to joining Phoenix Group International, Art Peterson worked as a Telecommunications
Engineer and Manager with Verizon Communications, where he designed and coordinated
construction of the outside plant network. Recently he has worked as a consultant
to Verizon, helping to design the broadband network in New England and coordinating
the location of high-speed equipment sites in Vermont.
In 1992, Art founded a non-profit
organization, the Mill River Football Club, which provided the funds, equipment,
and coaching for varsity football at Mill River Union High School in Clarendon,
Vermont.
Art is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point,
where he was also a member of the football team. He served five years in the U.S.
Army, attaining the rank of Captain.
Art lives in New England. His focus at Phoenix
Group International is sourcing candidates throughout the country.

DEBBIE SNOW
Debbie Snow has over ten years of human resource experience. Debbie worked at Apple
Computer for four years as a Human Resources Manager. Prior to Apple, Debbie worked
at Sun Microsystems for six years managing various HR programs. At Sun, she was
also a practicing Attorney handling advertising law/product marketing and high technology
licensing agreements and contracts. Prior to law school, Debbie worked at Motorola
in their staffing department.
Debbie received her Bachelor of Science degree from
San Jose State University in business with a major in marketing and a minor in economics.
She also received a Juris Doctor degree from Ventura College of Law and is admitted
to the State Bar of California. In addition, she obtained a HR Management Certificate
through the University of California, Santa Cruz.

KAREN BULLARD, Principal Consultant of HResource Solutions
In alliance with Phoenix Group International
Karen has over 25 years of corporate high-tech experience including 18 years in
Human Resources. She has valuable hands-on knowledge with building human resource
infrastructures in solo professional roles as well as executive team experience
leading established HR operations. With excellent generalist expertise, Karen consults
with firms in a variety of industries addressing their human resource needs.
Karen
has worked primarily with small- to mid-size companies in Silicon Valley, successfully
integrating a variety of cultures in start-up environments and emerging companies
from pre-IPO through IPO. In addition, Karen has successfully managed change during
corporate mergers and acquisitions.

Ann Futch, Executive Search Consultant, founded Sierra Advisory Group in 2004. Ann
serves as a Special Advisor to Phoenix Group International. Previously she spent
nearly a decade as an investment banking professional, working at Alex. Brown, Montgomery
Securities, and Credit Suisse First Boston. Throughout her career in finance, she
covered the technology, healthcare, and consumer sectors, with product knowledge
spanning private and public equity and debt securities and M&A. Ann's recruiting
efforts focus on Analyst through Managing Director level searches for bulge bracket
investment banks, advisory boutiques, and private equity/venture capital firms.
A graduate of The Johns Hopkins University, Ann holds a Master of Business Administration
from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. She also is an endurance sport

DOUGLAS SHEERAN
Douglas Sheeran held a number of Human Resource positions of increasing scope and
responsibility with Phoenix Life Insurance, Kraft Foods, Electronic Associations
Inc., and Celanese Corporation. These positions encompassed labor relations, management
and organizational development as well as compensation and benefits responsibilities
at both operating company and headquarters assignments.
Doug later joined Purolator
Automotive Group as Vice President, Human Resources with responsibility for multiple
North American business units. During this period, the firm implemented substantial
operational and information technology improvement programs.
In 1986, he founded
FCI, Inc., a Human Resource consulting firm specializing in executive staffing,
change management, and organizational effectiveness. FCI's client base includes
Fortune 500 companies and developing firms in financial services, technology, life
sciences and the consumer durable and packaged goods industries.
Doug serves on
the Board of Directors of Rentech Inc., an American Stock Exchange listed company.
This multi-unit energy technology company is headquartered in Denver, CO. He is
Chairman of the Compensation Committee and serves on the Governance & Nominating
Committee.
Doug received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Psychology from
Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, and completed graduate business course work at George
Washington University.
